2. Contract Formation
The contract is formed upon your registration and our confirmation. By registering, you accept these Terms of Service.
3. Service Description
SalesXMachina provides an AI-powered sales intelligence platform with the following features:
- Signal Matching
- Lead discovery and enrichment
- Lead Scoring
- Multi-channel outreach
4. Usage Rights
Upon subscription, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the contract duration.
5. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Comply with applicable data protection laws
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Not perform automated access without permission
6. Payment
Payment is made in advance for the selected billing period. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation can be done through your account or by email.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
10. Applicable Law
Irish law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dublin, Ireland.
